Adler Pensum Septimum A pg 24 -25

Download this episode (20 min)

In this episode, I begin to look at the fourth declension, using as examples the forms of the words fructus, cornu, and domus.
Adler is a bit blurry here, but I still cover all the material in the audio.
Following on from these, I introduce the possessive pronouns mine (meus), yours (tuus)and of himself (sui).
Penultimately, we look at the relative pronoun "this"(hicce), which we have been using quite a lot anyway.
Finally, we introduce the use of nec and necque.
More examples with English/Latin translation will be given in the next section of this lesson.

Alder's textbook is freely available through Google Books, and may be downloaded. Search for it using the terms "Adler Latin Perpetual", although you do not need to read the textbook to use this audio lesson.
